Under patronage of Prof. Mohammed Hussain, President of Tanta University, and Prof. Ahmed Helal, Dean of Faculty of Education, and within the framework of the faculty pursuit of implementing international quality standards, Quality Assurance Unit at Faculty of Education provided specialized technical support to academic departments and various administrative units during the period from March 2nd to March 16th, 2026.
   For her part, Prof. Eman Sehsah, Advisor to Quality Assurance Unit, stated that this technical support is part of the preparations to receive the external audit review team from the certification body for ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 21001:2018.
   This support was delivered in accordance with an approved technical support plan that covered all academic departments and administrative units, ensuring compliance with quality management system requirements in line with ISO standards. The support activities included clarifying the requirements for implementing the quality system, reviewing documents and records, and providing necessary guidance to ensure that administrative and academic procedures align with ISO standards.
   In addition, Prof. Eman Sehsah also emphasized the ongoing commitment to providing continuous technical support and periodic follow-up to ensure the sustainability of quality standards implementation, thereby enhancing the ability to achieve institutional excellence and keep pace with international standards.
