Ministry of Youth and Sports announces launching the second edition of the competition, “A Start of a Dream”. It is implemented by the Ministry through its Central Administration for Youth Development, specifically the General Administration for University Programs and Activities, targeting the age group of 18 to 40 years. It is held under the patronage of the spouse of the President of the Republic.
The competition is considered the largest one for ideas and initiatives in the Republic. It aims to achieve the highest level of youth participation in community development, improve the perception of national work and community initiatives, and train and qualify youth to enhance their efficiency and productivity. Additionally, it seeks to foster positive values, ethics, and behaviors. The competition also aims to effectively link various initiatives with Egypt’s Vision 2030, strengthening trust of youth in the integrated national system, creating positive role models, and promoting the principle of reward tied to excellence and productivity.
