Within the framework of keenness of Tanta University, under leadership of Prof. Mohammed Hussein, Acting Tanta University President and Vice President for Education ad Student Affairs, on taking institutional excellence and quality standards of job performance as a strategy for development, Faculty of Education held the first session for the job performance assessment committee on Wednesday, January 1st, 2025 at 10:00 A.M.
   The session was attended by members of the assessment committee headed by Prof. Ahmed Helal, Faculty Dean, with membership of Prof. Yasser Bayyoumi, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development; Prof. Walid Samir, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs; Prof. Ahmed Raga’y, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research; Prof. Eman Sehsah, Deputy Manager of Quality Assurance Unit; Dr. Tahany Allam, Manager of Job Performance Assessment Unit; and Mr. Samir Al-Shura, Secretary-General of the Faculty.
   For her part, Dr. Tahany Allam affirmed that assessment will be conducted periodically to ensure achieving the aims of the administrative departments of the faculty seeking to continuous development and keep the institutional excellence. She commended the efforts of managers of the departments who were keen on presenting an honorable and distinguished image for the faculty.
