As part of the commitment of Faculty of Education to keeping pace with modern technological developments and promoting the use of artificial intelligence applications in education and scientific research, a training workshop was held on Monday, August 24th, 2026.
The workshop was organized by the Department of Curricula and Teaching Methodology under the title:
“Innovative Uses of Generative and Agentic AI in Teaching and Scientific Research”
It was held under patronage of Prof. Ahmed Helal, Dean of the Faculty, and Prof. Faten Fouda, Head of the Department.
The workshop was delivered by Dr. Marwa Haffour, Assistant Professor of Curricula and Teaching Methodology of English Language at the Faculty. She addressed a range of innovative applications and uses of Generative and Agentic AI, highlighting their ability to improve teaching methods and contribute to scientific research.
At the conclusion of the workshop, Prof. Ahmed Helal and Prof. Faten Fouda expressed their sincere appreciation and gratitude to Dr. Marwa Haffour for her outstanding efforts and valuable contributions, as well as for enriching the workshop with her knowledge, expertise, and up-to-date applications in the field of artificial intelligence.
