As part of the commitment of Faculty of Education to supporting teachers’ professional development and strengthening community partnerships with educational institutions, the intensive training course for teachers at Al-Orman Hotel Secondary School in Tanta has successfully concluded. The course was organized by Community Service and Environmental Development Department, represented by the Public Service Center.
   The training course was conducted from August 23rd, 2026, to September 8th, 2026, with the participation of 120 male and female trainees, divided into seven training groups. Each group received three days of training, for a total of 140 training hours.
   The course addressed a number of important training areas combining professional and personal development, leadership skills, and modern technological applications. The main topics included:
•    Teachers’ professional development and its role in improving performance and enhancing educational practices.
•    Personal development and capacity building, contributing to improving teachers’ competencies and developing their skills.
•    Educational leadership and building a supportive school environment, with emphasis on the teacher’s role in creating a positive and motivating learning environment.
•    Applications of AI in teaching, introducing its potential to enhance the educational process and support teachers in carrying out their professional responsibilities.
   The course was held under patronage of Prof. Ahmed Helal, Faculty Dean, and under the supervision of Dr. Eman Al-Feqy, Director of the Public Service Center.
   The training sessions were delivered by:
•    Prof. Mohammed Khalil, Full Professor at the Department of Foundations of Education.
•    Dr. Abdul Rahman Amin, Assistant Professor at Curricula and Teaching Methodology Department.
•    Dr. Al-Sayyed Al-Fouly, Assistant Professor at Curricula and Teaching Methodology Department.
•    Dr. Amin Shaheen, Director of the Distance Learning Unit at the Faculty.
   At the conclusion of the course, the trainees were evaluated to assess the extent to which they benefited from the training content and to measure the achievement of the targeted training objectives.
