Under patronage of Prof. Mohammed Hussain, President of Tanta University, and Prof. Ahmed Helal, Dean of Faculty of Education, and as part of the ongoing efforts of the faculty toward accreditation, Quality Assurance Unit at the faculty organized a workshop titled:
“Students and Graduates Standard and Community Participation and Environmental Development Standard”
The workshop was held on Tuesday, July 14th, 2026, at 11:00 AM in Lecture Hall (11). It was delivered by Prof. Omnia Al-Barbary, a member of the University Quality Team, with the participation of 28 academic staff and assistant staff. It aimed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills related to the Students and Graduates Standard and the Community Participation and Environmental Development Standard.
At the beginning of the workshop, Dr. Marwa Nabil, Director of the Quality Assurance Unit at the Faculty, welcomed Prof. Omnia Al-Barbary, a member of the University Quality Team, as well as the participating academic staff and assistant staff.
The workshop addressed the following topics:
First: Students and Graduates Standard
• The philosophy and objectives of the standard.
• The key indicators of the standard.
Second: Community Participation and Environmental Development Standard
• The philosophy and objectives of the standard.
• The key indicators of the standard.
Recommendations:
• Organizing more specialized workshops addressing these standards.
• Conducting a workshop delivered by an external reviewer for the standard before the accreditation visit.
The workshop activities concluded at 1:00 PM.
